臭氧氧化酸性橙染料脱色的影响因素

【摘要】 本文研究采用臭氧空气曝气对酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水进行脱色。研究了臭氧的填加量、浓度,和温度、pH 值的影响因素对脱色效果的影响。结果表明臭氧填加量多,脱色效果好;臭氧填加量相同,臭氧浓度高,脱色效果好;在臭氧和废水接触时间相同的情况下,酸性橙Ⅱ废水的循环速度对脱色效果的影响不明显;水温高,脱色效果差;pH 小于10,随 pH 降低脱色效果提高,而 pH 大于10,脱色效果好。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the investigation results of the decolorization of acid orange Ⅱ(AO Ⅱ) by ozone-air aeration method.Effects of addition quantity of O3,concentration of O3,temperature and PH value of solution on the decolorization efficiency of AO Ⅱ were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the decolorization efficiency increased with O3 addition quantity and concentration of O3;the circulation velocity of solution showed little effect on decolorization efficiency at the same contact time of O3 and AO Ⅱ solution,and the rise of solution temperature restrained the decolorization of AO Ⅱ;the decolorization efficiency of AO Ⅱ increased with an decrease in pH value when the pH value of solution was less than 10,however,the highest decolorization efficiency was obtained at the PH value of 10.
