苜蓿幼苗期的生物效应与电场处理时间的关系

【摘要】 在一定电场强度下,对苜蓿种子处理不同时间,测定了不同处理时间对种子幼苗期的发芽率、幼苗重量以及含水量的影响,给出了生物效应与处理时间的关系.结果表明:在5min~60min处理时间内,不同处理时间对种子各种生物量的影响程度不同.生物量随随处理时间加呈振荡型变化.
【Abstract】 Lucerne seeds are treated by a certain electric field in a different time, the biological effect is tested including the effects of treatment time on germination percentage, weight of seedling and water content. The relation between the biological effect and treatment time is given. The results show that in the range of 5 to 60 minutes the different condition of treatment has different effect on the seeds. It indicates that the biological indexes of seeds alter in vibration mode with the increasing of the treatment time.
