微孢子虫感染对中蜂工蜂血淋巴蛋白的影响
The effects of Nosema infection on the hemolymph protein of workers of Apis cerana cerana

【摘要】 为探讨微孢子虫感染对中蜂工蜂血淋巴蛋白质的影响,用意蜂来源的微孢子虫分别侵染不同日龄的中蜂和意蜂工蜂并在温箱内隔离饲养8天,然后对感染工蜂的血淋巴蛋白进行浓度测量和 SDS—PAGE 分析。结果表明:感染微孢子虫后,8日龄中蜂及意蜂工蜂的血淋巴蛋白质量浓度均较对照组更高;而11、14日龄中蜂工蜂血淋巴蛋白浓度均较对照组低。而且,无论感染于否,8 日龄中蜂工蜂血淋巴蛋白浓度均比同龄意蜂工蜂高。SDS—PAGE 结果显示,两种蜜蜂的感染组与对照组蛋白带型基本一致,但有些蛋白量上升,有些蛋白量下降,其中,49 kD 蛋白为8日龄意蜂工蜂感染微孢子虫所呈现的特征条带。
【Abstract】 The hemolymph protein of Apis cerana cerana and Apis mellifera lingustica workers at different age were quantified and subjected to SDS-PAGE after both workers were orally inoculated with Nosema spores purified from A.m.ligustica and fed separately for 8 days in thermostat.The result showed that,hemolymph protein of 8 day-old workers ofA.c.cerana and A.m.lingustca increased after infection compared to their controls,though those of 11-, 14-day-old workers of both species decreased after infection.Furthermore,the hemolymph protein concentration of 8-day-old Chinese honeybee worker was higher than that of western honeybee.SDS-PAGE profiles of both species hemolymph protein were generally the same, while some proteins increased and others decreased,of which 49 kD protein of western honey bee worker was only found in Nosema infected honey bee.
