蜂蜜孢粉学的研究与应用

【摘要】 蜂蜜孢粉学是研究蜂蜜中花粉的科学,其研究方法已从整体封片法、醋酸酐分解法发展到追踪孢子法。花粉是天然蜂蜜的重要标志,可以通过蜜蜂、气流和人为操作三个途径进入蜂蜜中,蜜蜂对蜂蜜中的花粉有过滤作用。花粉系数被用于单花蜜种类的鉴别,但其精确度与可靠性一直存在争议。蜂蜜孢粉学主要应用于鉴定蜂蜜的植物来源和地域来源,也有助于有毒蜜的鉴别和蜜蜂种间竞争的研究。
【Abstract】 Melissopalynology, the subject to study the pollen in honey, has developed three research means: slide-integrated technique, acetic anhydride technique and spore-tracker technique. As an essential mark of natural honey, pollen can be taken into honey primarily through three ways (bees, air flow and artificial operations). Bee foragers also engage in filtration to the pollen included in nectar. Pollen coefficient was widely used in unifloral-honey confirmation, but its preciseness and reliability is still controversial. Melissopalynology is mostly applied to identification of the botanic source and regional origin of honey, meanwhile it help recognize toxic honey and study on the competition among bee species.
