温室丝瓜泌蜜规律的初步研究

【摘要】 通过对温室丝瓜泌蜜的调查研究,结果表明,温室丝瓜花泌蜜高峰期是7:00-9:00,随后基本上不泌蜜, 泌蜜量与温度、湿度相关性很小,差异未达到显著水平;雄花花蜜浓度变化和湿度变化存在一定负相关,相关系数r=-0.749,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);雌花花蜜浓度和湿度亦呈现负相关,相关系数r=-0.884,差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。花蜜浓度的变化和温度存在一定负相关,但差异性没有达到显著水平。花的直径大小对泌蜜量的影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 We investigated the nectar secretion of towel gourd in greenhouse. The results show that the nectar secreted mainly in morning and reached the peak at 7:00-9:00, after that it secreted a little nectar. There was little correlation between nectar volume and temperature, humidity, however, the difference was not significant. There was negative correlation between nectar concentration of male flower and humidity, the correlation coefficient was -0.749, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Nectar concentration of female flower was also correlated with humidity, the correlation coefficient was -0.884, and the difference was especially significant (P<0.01). Nectar concentration of towel gourd was correlated to the temperature, but the difference was not significant. The effect of flower diameter to nectar production was especially significant (P<0.01). -
