【Abstract】 To deal with the key problem of cognitive radio,incumbent users detection,a method is given to establish the low-interference environment required by the detection process,which needs proper channel assignment arithmetic in cell system.The detailed arithmetic is given and the simulation shows that the arithmetic is able to support the necessary low-interference environment without too much cost of frequency resource.更多还原
