【Abstract】 The final object of GIS is to provide service for the people,at the same time,the telecom service is the most convenient and rapid way to do it.On the basic of studying on the technoloy of spatial data manage of Oracle and the service development modul based open API in the next generation network,this paper proposes a solution for the telecom service of GIS based Parlay X and Oracle platform.更多还原
