【Abstract】 Minimizing TCO(total cost of ownership)is the main object of NGN operators. A Topology optimization model based on the concept of TCO is derived from the structure analysis of NGN network, and correspondent algorithms are provided. The computer results with a practical network show that the model and algorithms can efficiently optimize the network structure and reduce the upgrading cost from PSTN tandem network to NGN.更多还原
