【Abstract】 The appearance of intelligent community appearance proposed new request to the traditional estate management system. The designation and realization of new estate management system is imperative under the situation. Based on MapXtreme WebGIS is the developing tendency for the GIS technology. In this paper, it will introduce ways of realization of WebGIs,and the application patterns of it. While after analysising the structure and function of WebGIS, according to the actual demands of the estate management, this paper will propose a scheme based on the intellegent estate management system.
