【Abstract】 By research of the main characteristics of the production management in shipbuilding industry, an optimization management mode of the pallet concentration is proposed, a pallet model and an optimization management model in pallet concentrating is established with this mode, according to the multi-route choice problem in the outfit materiel concentrating, a series of optimization strategy is proposed.
