Ni-ZrO2复合镀层的组织结构分析
Analysis on the Structure of Ni-ZrO2 Composite Plating

【摘要】 采用复合电沉积技术制备了 Ni-ZrO2复合镀层,并在 SEM 和 TEM 上对其组织结构进行了分析．与纯 Ni 镀层相比,复合镀层中 ZrO2微粒的存在使基质金属 Ni 的晶粒显著细化,孪晶及位错密度均大幅度提高．
【Abstract】 Ni-ZrO2 composite Plating has been prepared by co-deposition technology,and its structural analysis has been done by SEM and TEM.Owing to the existence of ZrO2 powder in composite plating,the crystal grains of matrix Ni were greatly fined,and also the density of twin crystal and dislocation in matrix Ni were increased sharply comparing with that of pure Ni plating.
