共结晶分子筛催化剂上催化裂化汽油中烯烃芳构化
AROMATIZATION OF OLEFINS IN FCC GASOLINE ON A COCRYSTAL ZEOLITE CATALYST

【摘要】 针对共结晶分子筛催化剂CDM35的特点,开发了适宜催化裂化汽油和液化气改质的高芳烃低烯烃的循环固定流化床工艺。在质量空速1.0~2.0 h-1、370~420℃、200 g CDM35、循环量10%~20%的条件下.对催化裂化汽油和/或液化气进行改质,可得到烯烃质量分数20%左右、芳烃质量分数40%左右、苯质量分数<1%汽油辛烷值(RON)95以上的汽油产品。
【Abstract】 Cycle fixed-fluid bed process was developed to upgrade gasoline and LPG to the product with high aromatics and low olefins via aromatization, according to the characteristic of cocrystal zeolite CDM35. In the liquid products, mass fractions of olefins, aromatics and benzene could be about 20%, 40% and <1%, respectively, the RON was above 95 under the reaction conditions: MHSV of 1. 0 - 2. 0 h-1 , 370 -420℃ , cocrystal zeolite CDM35 catalyst loaded of 200 g and cycle amount of 10% -20%.
