【摘要】 从清洁生产与经济角度考虑,炼油污水回用是一项系统工程,它涉及到污染源控制、污水场运行管理、污水深度处理技术、回用对象四个方面,单纯靠污水深度处理来解决污水回用问题,无论是在经济性上还是运行稳定性上都存在明显不足。通过对炼油污水的产生到末端回用全过程的详尽考察,结合对炼油污水回用实践的总结,从炼油厂生产的实际出发,对炼油污水回用的各个影响因素及其相互作用进行了分析、探讨,并从环境效益和经济效益的层面综合考虑提出解决方案,为炼油污水回用的研究与实践开辟一条新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through a thorough investigation into the actual operating process of wastewater treatment in the oil-refinery, based upon previous experiences from experiments and actual operation, the author of this paper comes to the conclusion that instead of a problem which can be solved through certain treatment process, wastewater reusing is actually a systems engineering whose answer lies in comprehensive measures With the discussion of different factors including contamination sources,operation in sewage disposal plants,advanced treatment technology and wastewater disposal subject as well as the interchanging influence among them, a possible solution has been proposed At the same time its impact upon economics and environment have also been concerned, thus making its due contribution to the advancement of the research of wastewater reusing process as well as the actual process更多还原
