微乳液/溶胶-凝胶耦合法制备具有规则介孔结构的纳米级SiO2

【摘要】 利用W/O微乳液/溶胶-凝胶耦合法制备得到了超细SiO2 粉体。通过TG -DTA、XRD、IR、TEM和N2 等温吸附-脱附技术对其进行了表征,所制备的SiO2 为无定形结构,颗粒可分为两类,一类是单分散的球形SiO2 ,直径约5 0nm ,与微乳液法制备的SiO2 微粒相似;另一类是尺寸小于10nm的颗粒聚集在一起形成的干凝胶状多孔固体。耦合法制备的SiO2 粉体具有规则的介孔结构,BET比表面为738 6 5m2 /g ,BJH平均脱附孔容为2 0 1cm3/g ,远高于微乳液法和溶胶-凝胶法制备的超细SiO2。
【Abstract】 Ultrafine silica was prepared through the W/O microemulsion coupled with the Sol-gel method TG-DTA, XRD, IR, TEM and N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption techniques were used to characterize the silica The results show that the silica has amorphous structure and its size was in the range of nano scale It has ordered mesoporous pore structure and its BET specific surface area and BJH average desorption pore volume are 738 65 m 2/g and 2 01cm 3/g, respectively
