含双子表面活性剂的金属清洗剂的研制

【摘要】 合成了双辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚双子表面活性剂DOF - 12 ,将之与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO - 9)复配,研制出适合清洗铝表面油污的新型水基金属清洗剂。在超声波下3min左右去油率可达10 0 % ,腐蚀率几乎为零,最佳清洗温度为4 0℃左右。与不含双子表面活性剂的传统清洗剂配方相比,清洗效率大大提高,显示了双子表面活性剂良好的协同效应。
【Abstract】 Gemini surfactants DOF-12 of bisphenolic ketone polyoxyethylene ether was synthesized A formula consists of DOF-12 and AEO-9 was developed for cleaning the smeary surface of aluminium The unoil rate can reach 100% in three minutes under the ultrasonic actions, and the corrosion rate is almost zero, and the optimum unoil temperature is about 40℃ The higher degreasing efficiency compared with the traditional cleaning formula showed that the Gemini surfactants have better synergistic interactions with other surfactants
