超声辐照下的硫酸氧钛水解产物的XRD分析

【摘要】 本文介绍了在硫酸氧钛水解初期引入超声波辐照,采用SEM和XRD对水解产物及其在6 5 0℃的煅烧产物进行表征的研究。结果表明,超声作用可能使产物中三种应力,即宏观应力、残余应力、点阵静畸变发生改变,从而导致晶格参数改变、晶粒细化、微应变的减小及晶体有序性下降;但产物经煅烧后,宏观应力基本消失,残余应力及点阵静畸变都有明显减小。

【Abstract】 An experimental investigation was carried on titanium sulfate hydrolysis under ultrasonic irradiation The hydrolysis product and the obtained titanium dioxide after calcining at 650(C were characterized by XRD and SEM The results show that the stresses,i e macro-stress,residual-stress and lattice strain,can be changed under ultrasonic irradiation,which lead to changing the parameter of crystal lattice,fining the crystal granularity,minishing the micro-strain and declining the crystal ordering; but the macro-stress of the latter disappeared and both of the residual -stress and lattice strain were minished after calcination
