沥青树脂流变性的研究

【摘要】 以催化裂化油浆富芳烃馏分为原料,在酸性催化剂的作用下合成了沥青树脂。沥青树脂的流变性质是沥青树脂纤维研制和生产过程中重要的参数之一,通过粘温曲线、剪切速率-温度曲线来表示。通过求非牛顿指数(n)、结构粘度指数(Δη)和活化能(ΔEη)等参数来定量研究沥青树脂的流变性。结果表明,三聚甲醛沥青树脂(RTPF)的n值为0 4 7,ΔEη值为6 2 2 2 ,值为171 1kJ/mol,都明显优于对苯二甲醇沥青树脂(RPXG)相对应的参数0 34,75 12和177 2kJ/mol,由此可预测RTPF可纺性优于RPXG。

【Abstract】 Under the action of acid catalyst, the pitch resin was synthesized using aromatic hydrocarbon enriched raw material from FCC slurry The rheology of pitch resin is one of the important parameters in developing and producing pitch resin fiber The rheology can be indicated by viscosity-temperature curve and shear velocity-temperature curve From the quantitative indexes of non-Newtonian exponent ( n ), structural viscosity index (Δ η ) and the activation energy of the viscous flow (Δ E η), they provide scientific data to study the rheology of pitch resin The result shows that the n value, Δ η and Δ E ηof RTPF (pitch resin made of trioxane cross-linking agent) which are 0 47,62 22 and 177 2KJ/mol are better than these of RPXG (pitch resin made of 1,4-benzenedimethanol) which are 0 34,75 12 and 177 2 KJ/mol RTPF has good spinning properties
