Heat Integration of the PVC (PolyvinylChloride) System

【摘要】 聚氯乙烯装置是一个高耗能装置,对其利用夹点技术进行节能改造,有很重要的应用价值。本文利用夹点技术对某聚氯乙稀流程进行了分析,找出了其能量利用不合理的环节,针对这些不合理的环节提出了节能改造方案,并对方案进行了技术经济评价。通过计算,该流程的改造方案的年经济效益可以达到335 3417万元;整个换热网络的设备投资总费用为2 4 5 188万元;简单回收期仅为大约0 73年。
【Abstract】 The PVC system is highly energy-consuming, therefore, it is worthy of applying the pinch technology to this system, so that a better heat-exchanger network can be proposed and the energy consumption can be reduced This paper applies the pinch technology to analyze the flowsheet of a ceitain PVC system, thereafter, the bottleneck is found and an energy-saving retrofit design is proposed and economically evaluated The results shows that the profit of the retrofit is 335 3417(10Yuan/year, the investment of the required new equipments is 245 188(10Yuan/year and can be recovered in less than a year
