Three Dimensional CFD Simulation of Liquid Flow on CTST

【摘要】 采用计算流体力学方法(CFD) ,研究了涉及精馏的CTST板上液层的流动状况。模型求解结果与用热膜风速仪测得的实验结果比较吻合,能够用于预测板上流场三维分布的详细信息。该模拟方法为深入研究CTST板上复杂多相流场开辟了新的方向。
【Abstract】 The liquid flow patterns on CTST(Combined Trapezoid Spray Tray)are successfully simulated by Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method A good agreement shows between simulated results and HWA experimental results The three-dimensional liquid flow dynamics on the CTST can be predicted detailedly by the CFD model presented in this paper, which also breaks a new path for the study of the complex multiphase flow on CTST
