钯-氧化铝催化剂对四氢糠醇合成吡啶的研究

【摘要】 研究了以四氢糠醇(THFA)为原料,Pd/Al2 O3为催化剂经气固相接触催化合成吡啶的反应。采用XPS、BET对催化剂进行了表征,气相色谱-质谱联用仪对反应产物进行了分析,确定了主要产物吡啶。考察了四氢糠醇流量,氢气、氨气流量及Pd负载量对反应的影响。结果表明,负载量为5 %的Pd/Al2 O3经固定床反应器,反应温度为32 0℃,n(THFA)∶n(NH3)∶n (H2 ) =1∶5∶10时,可使吡啶的反应收率达到81 .73%。
【Abstract】 Pyridine was prepared from tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol(THFA)with the catalyst palladium supporter on alumina The characteristic of catalyst was carried out by XPS and BET The reaction products were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and the main product pyridine was determined The reaction conditions that contain the flow-rate of tetrahyfurfuryl alcohol、hydrogen、ammonia and palladium loading on catalyst When Pd loading on catalyst was 5%, the yield of pyridine was 81 73% under reaction conditions that temperature was 320℃, the molar ratio of tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol、ammonia and hydrogen was 1:5:10
