汽油与混合C4芳构化反应的研究

【摘要】 以山东催化汽油、兰炼催化汽油和山东混合C4 为原料,利用小型固定流化床为芳构化反应装置,考察不同空速和不同原料对芳构化产物分布的影响,并且分析了产品的气体和液体的组成成分。实验结果表明,随着空速增加,混合C4 的轻油收率增加了3.6 % ,而轻油产品中的芳烃含量下降16 % ,因此高空速不利于混合C4 芳构化;LBO -A催化剂对兰炼汽油芳构化性能优于山东汽油芳构化性能;山东全馏分汽油+混合C4 芳构化后的产品收率和轻油中芳烃含量介于山东轻馏分汽油+混合C4 和山东重馏分汽油+混合C4 之间;加入混合C4 ,山东全馏分汽油芳构化后的轻油收率下降6 6 % ,因此加入混合C4 不利于汽油芳构化

【Abstract】 By using Shandong catalytic gasoline and Lanlian catalytic gasoline and Shandong compound C 4 as a feedstock, the effect of weight hour space velocity (WHSV) and different catalyst on the product distribution of aromatization were researched in a confined fluidized bed reactor And the composition of aromatized gas and liquid were analyzed in detail The experimental result showed that compound C 4’s light oil yield enhanced 3 6% and aromatics amount in light oil decrease 16% with increasing WHSV, so high WHSV was not beneficial to the aromatization reaction of compound C 4; the aromatization performance of Lanlian catalytic gasoline is better than Shandong catalytic gasoline in LBO-A; the product yield of Shandong catalytic gasoline and compound C 4 located between Shandong light gasoline and compound C 4 and Shandong weight gasoline and compound C 4; when compound C 4 was added, the light oil yield of Shandong catalytic gasoline decreased 6 6%, so compound C 4 added was not beneficial to gasoline aromatization
