Mn1-x(Li,Ti)xCo2O4用于同时消除柴油机尾气中NOx与碳黑

【摘要】 使用柠檬酸络合燃烧法合成了Mn1-x(Li,Ti) xCo2 O4 系列尖晶石型复合氧化物催化剂,使用FT -IR和XRD方法对催化剂结构进行了表征,通过程序升温氧化反应(TPO)技术对这些催化剂在模拟柴油机尾气条件下进行同时消除NOx和柴油碳黑反应的活性评价。结果表明,掺杂Li或Ti后的Mn1-x(Li,Ti) xCo2 O4 系列催化剂仍然保持了完整的尖晶石型复合氧化物结构,这些催化剂对同时消除柴油机尾气中的碳黑颗粒和NOx 具有良好的催化性能,其中Li或Ti的最佳掺杂量为x =0 0 5。
【Abstract】 The Mn 1- x (Li,Ti) x Co 2O 4 spinel-type complex oxides were prepared by citric acid-ligand combustion method The structures of these complex oxides were characterized by XRD and FT-IR Their catalytic perfermances for simultaneous removal of NOx and diesel soot particulates were investigated by using temperature-programmed oxidation reactions The results demonstrate that the Mn 1- x (Li,Ti) x Co 2O 4 still retain intact spinel-type structure after Li or Ti were doped into MnCo 2O 4 Mn 1- x (Li,Ti) x Co 2O 4 spinel-type complex oxides are good candidate catalysts for simultaneously catalytic removal of NO x and diesel soot particulates The optimal substitution ratio of Li or Ti x is equal to 0 05
