【Abstract】 A novel catalyst preparation method aimed to a slurry reactor has been suggested Its main innovative thought lies in preparing the catalysts directly from solution to slurry In this work, CuO-ZnO-Al 2O 3 slurry catalyst was prepared using this new method, and the catalyst’s behaviors of the direct synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) from syngas were evaluated in an agitated slurry reactor XRD characterization shows that the catalysts prepared by the new method have the same phase structure as those prepared by the traditional methods Activity tests indicate that CuO-ZnO/Al 2O 3 slurry catalyst prepared by the new method can efficiently catalyze syngas to DME, and the selectivity to DME reaches 93 03% The catalyst shows a good stability during the reaction of 440 h and the range of temperature investigated更多还原
