SO42-改性铝铁复合层柱粘土的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 由共聚法制得的铝铁复合交联剂交换钠基蒙脱土中的水合钠离子,再经SO2 - 4%D改性处理制备了铝铁复合层柱粘土固体酸催化剂。利用XRD、FT -IR法对催化剂的结构进行了表征。以乙酸正丁酯的合成反应为探针反应对催化剂的活性进行了测试。通过正交实验确定了铝铁复合交联粘土SO2 - 4改性最佳工艺条件。研究了催化剂对探针反应的选择性及重复使用情况。

【Abstract】 Mixed Al/Fe cross-linked clay was prepared by cation exchange of Na-Montmorillonite with mixed Al/Fe pillaring agent synthesized by copolymerization Mixed Al/Fe pillared interlayer clay solid acid catalyst modified by SO 2- 4 was prepared from cross-linked clay by modifying it with SO 2- 4 The material was characterized by means of XRD and FT-IR Using the esterification of acetic acid with n-butanol as a probe reaction, the investigation of the catalyst activity was carried out Through orthogonal experiment, the optimum SO 2- 4modifying conditions of mixed Al/Fe pillared interlayer clay were achieved The selectivity of the catalyst on the probe reaction and the reusability of the catalyst were studied
