超声波和微波联合氧化脱除煤中有机硫的研究

【摘要】 本文用超声波和微波辐射法在氧化体系下,对北京、王庄、兖州、临汾煤进行了氧化脱硫研究。实验结果表明,超声波和微波结合可达到较好的氧化脱硫效果,超声波作用时间和功率、微波作用时间和功率、煤样粒度、氧化剂类型以及氧化剂用量对煤中有机硫的脱除率有较大影响。在优化的工艺条件下,超声波功率5 40W ,作用时间70min ,微波功率2 80W ,照射时间30min ,煤与HAc +H2 O2 (体积比1∶1)氧化剂的配比为3g :6 0mL ,煤的粒度为d≤0.10mm ,王庄煤有机硫的脱除率可达到6 5.0 %。结果表明超声波和微波联合氧化法是脱除原煤中有机硫的一种有效方法。不同煤样的脱硫效果不同,可能与煤中有机硫的存在形态有关。
【Abstract】 Four coals from China were treated in different oxidants, H 2O 2+HAc, FeCl 3 + EDTA and MnO 2+ EDTA under ultrasonic and microwave radiation The effect of treating conditions, including the particle size of coal, the power of ultrasonic and microwave, time in ultrasonic and microwave, the composition and quantity of oxidative agents on desulfurization rate was investigated It was obvious that the desulfurization rate of coal was related to above treating conditions and the rate of desulfurization increased with the increase of extraction time, the power of ultrasonic and microwave and the quantity of oxidants and decreased with the increase of the particle size H 2O 2+HAc show better oxidative performance than FeCl 3+ EDTA and MnO 2+ EDTA under the same treatment conditions In the optimum conditions for Wangzhuang coal: the concentration of coal was 3/60(g/ml), the size of coal was d ≤0 10mm, ultrasonic (540W, 70min), microwave (280W, 30min), the ratio of acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide is 1∶1, the rate of desulfurization reached up to 65% With same operation condition, the rate of desulfurization was not identical for different coal samples, which was perhaps related to the existed forms of sulfur in coal
