戊二醛消毒剂的分离工艺研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了利用减压精馏和短程蒸馏联合分离戊二醛消毒剂的工艺过程,利用减压精馏去除轻组分杂质,着重讨论了减压精馏回流比的选择方法,以及塔釜温度对戊二醛损失的影响;利用刮膜式短程蒸馏装置精制戊二醛,系统研究了短程蒸馏的系统压力、蒸馏温度、刮膜器转速等操作因素对戊二醛含量的影响。得出了分离提纯医用级戊二醛的最佳工艺条件,减压间歇精馏:系统压力2 1.0±1.0kPa ,塔釜温度6 5.0±2.0℃;短程蒸馏:加热温度74℃,系统压力:0.1Pa ,搅拌速度:130rpm 利用减压精馏和短程蒸馏相结合的方法分离提纯戊二醛,效率高,纯度高,可达到医用消毒剂的标准。
【Abstract】 The purification method —wiped film short path distillation and vacuum batch distillation is introduced, by which the optimal technical conditions for refining glutaraldehyde is studied Process of purifying glutaraldehyde is by vacuum batch distillation The optimal operation condition is that: the pressure of operation system is 21 0±1 0KPa and temperature of the boiler is 65 0±2 0℃ with variable reflux The concentration and average yield of the product is up to 60 0% and 80% The process of refining glutaraldehyde is by molecular distillation This process has high separation capacity and more efficient than other traditional separation methods The concentration of the refined product is up to 99 0%, which is fit for hospital disinfection During the study, the effects of operating parameters on product purification and recovery rate have been obtained, the optimum operation parameters are: distillation temperature 74℃, operation pressure 0 1Pa and rotor rate 130rpm Through the analysis of the economical of the whole process, it can be concluded that this is a timely assistance for hospital disinfection for the purification of glutaraldehyde by molecular distillation and vacuum batch distillation
