药厂废溶媒中四氢呋喃的回收

【摘要】 采用常压间歇精馏技术对制药厂含四氢呋喃99 7%的四氢呋喃-水-乙醇的废溶媒进行分离回收实验研究,通过研究三元恒沸物系的相图,确定了安全操作温度范围和适宜的操作策略:即在操作压力为常压,塔釜温度低于78℃时舍弃温度低于6 6℃的塔顶产品,采集6 6℃左右的塔顶馏出物,当塔釜温度接近78℃时停止实验。最佳回流比为4。实验结果表明:采用变回流比操作,在常压下得到四氢呋喃质量含量大于99.99%、乙醇和水含量小于10 0ppm的产品,收率为85 %。本实验所得的产品以可以满足作为合成反应过程的溶媒的需要。

【Abstract】 The experimental study for purifying the tetrahydrofuran from the scrap menstruum of tetrahydrofuran-water-ethanol by normal pressure distillation,and make sure the range of operate temperature and the appropriate operate tactic by studying the azeotrope plot of tetrahydrofuran-water-ethanol It is that when the operate pressure is normal and the temperature is under 78℃, abandoning the top product whose temperature is under 66℃ and collecting the product of 66℃ The experiment will be stopped when the temperature of bottom is close to 78℃ The prime reflux ratio is 4 in this experiment The result is that: applying variable reflux ratio, the concentration and average yield of the product is up to 99 99% and 85% respectively However, the concentration of the water and ethanol is less 100ppm The product of tetrahydrofuran which this experiment has produced can content the demand which in the process of synthesize reaction the tetrahydrofuran is used a kind of menstruum
