室温离子液体络合萃取催化裂化柴油碱性氮化物研究

【摘要】 合成了氯铝酸离子液体,采用室温离子液体络合萃取法脱除催化裂化柴油中的碱性氮化物。实验结果表明:在氮气保护下,AlCl3/BmimCl (摩尔比)为3、剂油比(质量比)为0.0 3、反应时间为3min、反应温度为5 0℃能够使催化裂化柴油中碱性氮化物从6 8.6 μg/g脱除至0.7μg/g ,柴油的其他性能指标也得到了改善,氯铝酸离子液体可重复循环使用。

【Abstract】 The chloroalumnate ionic liquid was synthesized and the basic nitride was complex extracted from FCC diesel using ionic liquid The experiment results showed that the best operational conditions of the technology were that the molar ratio of AlCl 3 to BmimCl was 3, the weight ratio of agent to diesel was 0 03, the reaction time was 3 min and reaction temperature was 50 ℃ under nitrogen protection The content of basic nitride went down from 68 6μg/g to 0 7μg/g under the conditions The other behaviour indexes of FCC diesel were improved at the same time The chloroalumnate ionic liquid could be used as extract agent for recycle
