诺贝尔自然科学奖评奖制度探析

【摘要】 本文对诺贝尔自然科学奖的评奖制度作了探讨,认为它的评奖机制有以下几个特征:其一,严格的评奖程序贯穿始终,体现了程序正义的基本精神;其二,同行评议贯彻在评奖的每一个环节,体现了实质正义;其三,对评委的严格把关;其四,设立制衡机制与补充机制。本文的探讨,对于我国科技成果的评审与评奖制度改革具有重要的启示作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author makes an analysis of the awarding system for the Nobel natural science prize .She believes that there are four characteristics in the awarding system .one of them is that strict procedural rules are carried out during selecting course, which reflect the spirit of procedural justice; the second is that corresponding peer review mechanism are put into effect, which give expression to substantive justice; the third is making checks strictly at all experts; and the fourth is its restraining and supplementary mechanism. Finally the author believes that all these viewpoints must have crucial enlightening influences to reform our current awarding system of scientific research.更多还原
