国际承包工程项目合同咨询工程师浅谈

【摘要】 FIDIC合同是一种标准合同管理方法,已被国际上广泛承认和采纳。介绍了FIDIC合同中咨询工程师的主要任务、地位和作用以及咨询工程师监理工作的基本内容、岗位责任。
【Abstract】 FIDIC contract, which is one kind of standardized contract management means, has been accepted widely in international community. This paper introduces the main task, position and function of consulting engineers as well as the basic contents of supervision work and personal responsibility of consulting engineers in FIDIC contract.
