The Developing Situation of Chinese Chip (Ⅳ)

【摘要】 阐述了我国芯片产业的现状,介绍了我国自行研制开发的光子芯片、“神芯”芯片、“华厦网芯”、IC卡芯片、3G手机芯片的用途、性能和发展前景。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds the present situation of our country’s chip industry, and introduces the usage, performance and developing prospect of the photon chip, “shenxin”chip,“Huaxia”chip, IC card chip and 3G portable phone chip developed by our country independently.
