【Abstract】 From two aspects of international environment and domestic environment, this paper analyzes on the necessity of the system-transforming and listing of the state-owned commercial banks, and further points out that the system-transforming and listing of the state-owned commercial banks are beneficial to expanding the channel of the banks’ capital funds, increasing the capital adequacy ratio and strengthening their anti-risk ability, and also beneficial to establishing the modern commercial bank system.更多还原
