大学图书馆与“学科馆员”制度
University Library and the System of Subject Librarians

【摘要】 阐述了“学科馆员”制度是大学图书馆服务创新的必然产物,论述了“学科馆员”的岗位及职责,从明确培养目标、落实培养措施、运用规范的管理模式等方面提出了大学图书馆实施“学科馆员”制度的策略。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds that the system of subject librarians is necessary result of university library service innovation, discusses the station and duty of subject librarians, proposes the strategies of practicing the system of subject librarians in university library from aspects of clear-cut cultivating target, implementing cultivating measures, norm management mode, etc.
