Stem Cells in the Kidney

【摘要】 肾脏干细胞是成体干细胞研究新的热点,目前的研究从胚胎肾发育的角度来确定肾干细胞,并推测成体肾干细胞可能定位、细胞标志和转分化过程。对胚胎肾干细胞的来源和所处位置的研究也处于起步、探索阶段。大量研究证明胚性肾脏干细胞主要来自于输尿管芽诱导后的后肾间充质,但中肾来源的输尿管也是肾干细胞发育不可缺少的,也有实验证明肾外组织对成体肾的修补作用。胚性肾发育中主要的基因和转录因子可提供鉴定肾脏干细胞的标志分子,胚性肾干细胞渗透压、氧压等发育环境提示髓质部可能是成体干细胞存在区域。见过对胚胎肾发育和成体肾修复的细胞和分子机制进一步了解肾脏干细胞。
【Abstract】 Stem cells in kidney is a new studying-center of adult stem cells. To date, renal stem cells were defined during the process of embryonic kidney developing in order to assess the location, the marker, the differentiation of renal stem cells in adult It is a exploring first-step that the investigation on the source and site of embryonic renal stem cells have gone. Many experiments indicated that embryonic renal stem cells were come from metanephric mesenchyme induced by ureteric buds, moreover, the Wolffian duct derived from the mesonephros is a necessary condition of renal stem cells developing. Trials have proved that extrarenal cells involved in the recovery from organ injury. Primary genes and transcription factors during embryonic kidney developing would be as the markers identifying renal stem cells. The microenvironment around embryonic renal stem cells constituted by many factors including the osmotic pressure and oxygenic pressure implied that niche adult SC may reside in the outer medulla of the kidney. Better understanding on renal stem cells was by substitute cells and repair mechanism in injured tissues, by development of embryonic kidney.
