【Abstract】 Utilize embryo transfer technology, translate doper sheep and boer goat frozen embryos into local small-tail Han sheep and milk goat, respectively, the result indicated: the conception rate of sheep was 52.5%, the conception rate of single embryo was 38.3% and that of double embryos was 63.3%, respectively.
