【摘要】 从6个鲫鱼品系肝组织中提取总DNA,应用4对微卫星引物(J1、J9、MFW1、MFW19)进行扩增。在六个鲫鱼品系中,引物J1扩增得到6个等位基因,J9得到9个等位基因,MFW1得到10个等位基因,MFW19得到8个等位基因。根据群体遗传距离,进行聚类分析,结果表明金鲫与红鲫的遗传距离最小,其次是黑龙睛,红鲫与野鲫的亲缘关系最远。更多还原

【Abstract】 Carassius auratus polymorphisms were analyzed using four microsatellite markers of Jl, J9, MFW1 and MFW19. The results showed that there were 6 alleles on J1 locus, 8 alleles on J9 locus, 10 alleles on MFW1 locus and 8 alleles on MFW19 locus, respectively. According to the genetic distances and cluster tree, the genetic distances between C. arassius red var and C. arassius jin var is the closest. The relationship between C.arassius auratus and C.arassius jin var was farthest.更多还原
