朱鹮人工饲养种群mtDNA D-loop序列多态性分析

【摘要】 朱鹮为我国四大国宝之一,当今世界极濒危级鸟类。曾广泛分布于中国、日本、朝鲜半岛和俄罗斯的远东地区。其它国家的朱鹮先后灭绝,目前只栖息于我国,为我国所特有。自1981年朱鹮在陕西洋县重新被发现时,其种群数量只有7只。经过20余年的保护,目前我国朱鹮的总数已达到400余只,人工繁殖也取得巨大成功。本文用PCR技术对7只人工饲养朱鹮的mtDNA D-loop 298 bp序列进行了分析,结果表明朱鹮mtDNA D-loop区的核苷酸序列完全相同,提示朱鹮人工饲养种群的遗传多态性非常贫乏。

【Abstract】 Crested ibis, Nipponia Nippon, as an endangered bird in the world, has been said to be one of four natural treasures in China. Historically, Crested ibis was once distributed to some countries such as China, Japan, Korean peninsular and the Far East in Russia. Crested ibis population in Japan, Korea and Russia was extinct during 20 century. Now Crested ibis exists only in China. The rediscovery of the Crested ibis in 1981 in Yangxian, Shaanxi Province, there were 7 Crested ibises in total. With great efforts, the population was protected and nourished. Now there are 400 birds in the wild and in captivity after more than 20 years, and significant achievements have been made in artificial reproduction of Crested ibis. In this paper, 298 bp mtDNA D-loop sequences in 7 domestic Crested ibises were investigated by PCR technique. The results showed that none of mtDNA D-loop nucieotide variation exists in 7 Crested ibises, indicating the feeding crested ibis population was in very poor genetic diversity status.
