山羊GH基因多态性与体重性状的相关性研究
Study of Polymorphism of Goat GH Gene and Its Association with Body Weight

【摘要】 以纯繁波尔山羊为研究材料,用2对引物对GH基因5’调控区进行PCR—SSCP分析,结果发现2个片段均存在多态性,各片段都有3种基因型,分别为AA/AB/BB,CC/CD/DD。分别将2个片段3种基因型同初生重等体重性状进行方差分析,结果表明这2个片段对体重都没有显著影响,但第二对引物DD型与CC和CD型相比有较高的断奶重和周岁重,且差异接近于显著水平。
【Abstract】 In this experimental, pured-bred Boer goats were used to study the effect of GH gene on growth. 5’-region of the GH gene was amplified by two pairs of primers, and then the single nucleotide polymorphisms were detected by single strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP). The result showed that polymorphisms were found in the two fragments and both had three genotypes (AA/AB/BB, CC/CD/DD). The result of variance analysis showed that there was not noted influence on the body weight in the two fragments, but goats with genotype DD had a higher body weight except birth weight and near to noted level.
