【Abstract】 The ApaI Polymorphisms Characteristics of growth hormone gene locus was analyzed by PCR-RFLP in 1 Chinese pig breed. The results showed that there were 3 genotypes and 3 alleles. Compared with Xing Jin-yi’s result, the difference of genotype and allele frequencies was significant among the three porcine breeds.更多还原
