三种乳蛋白基因与西农萨能奶山羊产奶性能关系研究

【摘要】 利用PCR-RFLP技术对69只西农萨能奶山羊3种乳蛋白基因(CSN1S2基因к-casein基因和β-1g基因)多态性及与产奶性状的关系进行了研究。结果表明,CSN1S2基因的3种基因型与产奶性能有一定的相关性。在平均产奶量上,NN、NF和FF基因型个体产奶量逐渐减少,且FF基因型个体显著低于NN基因型个体(P<0.05),但NN和NF之间差异不显著:在第二胎产奶量上,NN、NF和FF基因型的产奶量也是逐渐减少的,但NN基因型个体较FF基因型个体多产奶90多公斤,且差异极显著(P<0.01)。在经TaqⅠ酶切的к-casein-TaqⅠ基因座中,AA型、AB型和BB型在各胎次产奶量和平均产奶量上差异不显著(P>0.05)。对56只西农萨能奶山羊β-1g基因5’侧翼区进行了PCR-RFLP分析,发现AA基因型个体各胎次产奶量均比AB型高,其中在第二、三胎次和前四胎总产奶量3项指标上都达显著水平(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 PCR-RFLP technique was used to analyze the relationship between the polymorphisms of 3 kinds of milk lactation gene and milk performance in 69 Xinong Saanen goats. Analyzing correlation between CSN1S2 genotypes and milk yield traits, it was found that CSN1S2 genotypes had effect on milk yield traits. To the average milk yield index of goat, milk yield of individuals with genotypes NN, NF and FF had a trendency to decline, while milk yield of individuals with genotypes NN and NF were higher than that of FF genotype (P<0.05). In the second milk yield index, milk yield of individuals with genotypes NN, NF and FF also diminished graduallly, but milk yield of individuals with genotype NN had over 90 kilograms milk yield higher than that of genotype FF (P<0.01). The results of K -casein analyzed by PCR-RFLP with endonulease Taql cleavage showed that no significant difference of milk yield among AA,AB and BB type were detected in 1st ,2nd, 3rd, 4th and average milk yield (P>0.05).β-1g gene’s 5’ flanking region(710bp) analyzed by PCR-RFLP in 56 individuals in Xinong Saanen Dairy Goat showed that milk production of genotype AA was higher than that of genotype AB in 2nd , 3rd and total milk yield (P<0.05).
