陕西地区中国荷斯坦牛4个微卫星的遗传多态性分析(英文)

【摘要】 用4个微卫星BM1824,BM2113,CSSM66和ETH152对陕西地区中国荷斯坦牛的遗传结构和遗传变异进行分析。结果表明,4个微卫星座位在中国荷斯坦牛中均处于哈代—温伯格不平衡状态。这4个微卫星座位的多态信息含量(PIC)均大于0.5,为高度多态位点,其有效等位基因数分别为12.1654,10.4213,7.6707,8.4444。该4个微卫星座位在陕西地区中国荷斯坦牛群中的遗传变异丰富,选择潜力巨大。
【Abstract】 Four microsatellite loci including BM1824, BM2113, CSSM66 and ETH152 were used to analyze the genetic structure and genetic variation in Chinese Holstein cattle of shaanxi district. The result showed that Hardy-Weinburg disequilibrium is significantly high over the four loci. Polymorphism information content (PIC) of the four loci were beyond 0.5, so the four loci were all highly polymorphic loci. The number of effective alleles was 12.1654, 10.4213, 7.6707, and 8.4444, respectively. The genetic variation and selectable potential of Chinese Holstein cattle in shaanxi district were abundant in the four loci.
