西农萨能奶山羊IGFBP3基因的克隆、测序(英文)

【摘要】 本研究首次从西农萨能奶山羊中克隆了IGFBP3基因,并测了序。经序列分析,结果表明:IGFBP3基因序列含有153A,185C,174G,143T,(G+C)%为54.81%,(A+T)%为45.19%;经Oligo6软件分析,该序列含有7个HaeⅢ酶切位点,有2个Alw26I酶切位点和1个TaqI酶切位点。从山羊、绵羊、黄牛和水牛序列对比结果的高度同源性(两两同源性至少为92%)分析,IGFBP3基因相当保守。
【Abstract】 In this study, IGFBP3 gene in Xinong Saanen dairy goat was cloned and sequenced in first time. The results showed that sequence of IGFBP3 gene had 153 A, 185 C, 174 G and 143 T. This implied that percent contents of (G+C) and (A+T) were 4.81% and 45.19%. In this sequence, there were 7 endonuclease HaeⅢ sites, two endonuclease Alw26l sites and 1 endonuclease Taq\ site after scanning with Oligo 6.0 software. The sequence was high homologous for more than 92% according to comparison of every two IGFBP3 gene sequences among goat, sheep, bovine and water buffalo. It could be safely concluded that IGFBP3 gene was strong conservative.
