6个中国固有绵羊品神遗传关系的微卫星标记分析(英文)

【摘要】 用5对微卫星引物对哈萨克羊、蒙古羊、兰州大尾羊、同羊、大尾寒羊、小尾寒羊共6个中国固有绵羊品种基因组进行了扩增,对扩增结果用7种聚类方法(欧氏距离、欧氏平方距离、夹角余弦、皮尔逊相关、车贝雪夫距离、街区距离、明考夫斯基距离)进行了分析。结果表明,分布在我国西北部的绵羊品种哈萨克羊、蒙古羊、兰州大尾羊在大多数情况下总是先聚在一起,相对分布于中原地带的同羊、小尾寒羊和西北部的三个品种间距离较远;同羊和小尾寒羊之间距离也很远;大尾寒羊和小尾寒羊之间没有明显的遗传关系,此结果与《中国绵羊品种志》中记载的情况基本一致。同时,本研究结果也说明7种聚类方法均适用于微卫星标记资料的遗传分析。
【Abstract】 Genetic relationships of 6 sheep breeds were analyzed with 7 different cluster methods (Euclidean distance, Squared Euclidean distance, Cosine, Pearson Correlation, Chebychev distance, City Block Distance, Minkowski distance) from amplified DNA data of 5 microsatellite loci with 5 pair of microsatellite primers. The results showed that the Kazakh sheep, Mongolia sheep, Lanzhou Big Tail sheep often be clustered together earlier; that the Tong sheep and Small Tail Han sheep had a farther distance each other as well as compare with former four sheep breeds; that there were no genetic relationships between Small Tail Han sheep and Big Tail sheep; that seven cluster methods all could be used to estimate the genetic distance of 6 sheep breeds well.
