突尼斯软籽石榴组织培养研究

【摘要】以突尼斯软籽石榴的茎段作为启动培养材料,研究其组织培养技术。结果表明,愈伤组织诱导最佳培养基为MS+IAA_1.0+KT_0.2+BA_1.5;芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+IAA_0.3+KT_0.6+BA_1.5;根诱导最佳培养基为1/2MS+IAA_0.2。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study was conducted on the tissue culture of soft-seed Punica granatum fromTunisia with its green stem segments as material. The results showed that the best inductionmedia for the callus, bud and rooting were MS+IAA_1.0+KT_0.2+BA_1.5, MS+IAA_0.3+KT_0.6+BA_1.5,1/2MS+ IAA_0.2, respectively.更多还原
