天弓石斛离体培养快繁技术研究

【摘要】 以天弓石斛的茎段为外植体研究天弓石斛离体培养快繁技术,试验结果表明,附加2.0mg/L BA和0.2mg/L NAA的MS培养基可作为天弓石斛离体培养的起始培养基诱导不定芽;而附加0.2mg/L NAA和4.0mg/L BA的MS培养基适合作为天弓石斛不定芽增殖的培养基,增殖系数可达到5.40;附加3.0mg/L BA、0.2mg/L NAA和100g/L香蕉汁的MS培养基或者附加4.0mg/L BA、0.2mg/L NAA和100g/L香蕉汁的MS培养基都是适合诱导天弓石斛茎段或茎尖产生原球茎或原球茎增殖的培养基。
【Abstract】 The micropropation of D. pierardii was developed from the explants of youngstem nodes. The young stem nodes were cultured on the solid MS medium with 2.0 mg/L BAand 0.2 mg/L NAA for the inducement of shoots. The results showed that the solid MS mediumwith 0.2 mg/L NAA and 4.0 mg/L BA was suitable for multiplication of shoots and the ratio ofproliferation was 5.40. The solid MS medium with 3.0 mg/L BA, 0.2 mg/LNAA and 100 g/Lbanana extraction or with 4.0 mg/L BA, 0.2 mg/L NAA and 100 g/L banana extraction adapt tothe formation and multiplication of protocorm.
