芳樟离体培养快繁技术

【摘要】 以芳樟嫩茎为外植体,进行了离体培养快繁技术的研究;试验结果表明:在改良MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA固体培养基中诱导不定芽,诱导率高;用改良MS+2mg/L 6-BA+0.1mg/LIBA+0.2mg/LGA3和无GA3的固体培养基交替培养可大量增殖,繁殖系数高达10~20倍;芽苗在1/2MS+0.8mg/LIBA+0.2mg/LNAA+2g/L蔗糖的固体培养基中,诱发生根,壮苗最好。

【Abstract】 The technique of in vitro culture and rapid propagation of seedling productionof Cinnamomum camphora var. linaloolifera Fujita was developed from the explats takenfrom delicate caudex. The results showed that the inducing coefficient was the highest on thesolid MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/L BA and 0.1mg/L NAA for inducing thegermination adventitious buds. The improved solid MS medium with 2 mg/L BA, 0.1 mg/LNAA, 0.2 mg/LGA3 (or without GA3) were alternately used for multiplication, theproliferating rate was over 10-20times, plantlets rooting and growth was best on the solidmedium supplemented with 1/2MS+0.8mg/LIBA+0.2mg/LNAA+2g/L sugar.
