萝卜和甘蓝属间嵌合体的离体繁殖

【摘要】 以萝卜和甘蓝属间嵌合体为材料,对其离体繁殖的影响因子进行了研究。结果表明,当从田间取材的嵌合体腋芽接种后,污染率非常高,而经接种培养和重复消毒后再接种,能明显地降低污染率。当在田间表现为MMR或MRR类型的嵌合体的腋芽接种在1/2M加不同BA浓度的培养基上后,腋芽进行增殖并可分化出不同类型的嵌合体。而培养基种类对嵌合体类型的影响不大。当将不同类型的嵌合体无根苗接种到生根培养基上后,表现为萝卜恢复型的植株生根率和移栽后的成活率均较低。而表现为甘蓝恢复型或嵌合类型的则较高。

【Abstract】 The chimeras between radish and cabbage were used as the materials in thepresent study. The factors affecting the proliferation of the chimeras were tested, and theresults showed that when the axillary buds excised from the greenhouse were cultured, they were contaminated seriously after inoculation. However, the contamination rate could be reducedgreatly by repeatedly Sterilization after inoculation. When the chimeric axillary buds, of whichthe shoots showed MMR or Max type, were cultured on 1/2M medium with variousconcentrations of BA, they propagated and differentiated various types of chimeras, but therelationship between different medium and chimera type was not found. When the shoots ofchimeras were transferred to rooting medium, the MMM revertant type showed lower rootingrate, while RRR revertants or other chimeras were higher.
