【摘要】 本文对利用组织培养技术生产繁殖长豇豆强优杂种一代种苗的有利条件和因素以及在实现商业化生产之前需要解决的问题进行了比较全面和细致的探讨。有利条件主要包括长豇豆具有丰富的可供选择的品种资源、较好的组培研究基础、全国各地存在着相当数量和程度的闲置的组培设施可以利用。有利的因素包括长豇豆所具有的显著而常规方法难以利用的杂种优势、具有相对较高的单株产值和相对较少的单位面积用种量、特别是年间适栽期长和种苗需求数量巨大。存在的问题是需要建立起合适的杂种组培苗的田间栽种和管理技术,以及需要建立起通畅的销售渠道以适应商品期很短的长豇豆组培种苗的生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Favorable factors for mass propagation of plantlets in asparagus been andproblems which should be solved before actual production can be started are discussed generallyin this paper. The favorable factors include the availability of diversity gene sources and largeamount of tissue culture equipment, rich accumulated experiences, certified hybrid vigor thatcan not be used by conventional means, relatively high single-plant production and smallamount of plantlets required per hectare, long period suitable for planting and large amount ofplantlets demanded for production. The problems existing are how to establish an effectivemanagement system for growth of the hybrid plants and how to establish a feasible marketingsystem to deal with the very short merchandise life of the plantlets.更多还原
