【摘要】 在植物体细胞胚胎发生和发育的过程中,存在着活跃的生理生化变化。胚性细胞中的核酸代谢旺盛;酶的种类和活性都与非胚性细胞有差异,同工酶可作为体细胞胚发生的标志;蛋白质存在含量及组分上的变化;脂肪在体细胞胚与非胚性愈伤组织中具有不同的代谢途径;糖类是体细胞胚发生不可缺少的物质,同时也与渗透压密切相关;激素是体细胞胚发生中最主要的因素,内源激素与外源激素共同作用;体细胞胚发生发育过程中多胺代谢活跃。
【Abstract】 There are active physiological and biochemical transitions during the initiationand development of the plant somatic embryogenesis. Nucleic acids change dynamically in theembryogenic cells; the types and the activities of the enzymes are higher thannon-embryogenic cells, their isoenzymes can be used as the markers of somatic embryogenesis;the contents and types of the proteins also appear different; there are differences between thelipid biosynthetic pathway of embryogenic tissues compared with that of non-embryogeniccalli; sugars are necessary in the somatic embryogenesis, and at the same time they are closelyrelated to pression; hormone level is the most important factor in somatic embryogenesis,hormones in vitro and endogenous cooperate, polymine metabolism is active during theprocessure.
