【摘要】 苏棉16转CBF抗冻基因的突变体形态表现为植株矮小,叶片、叶柄微卷,雌雄配子不育。PCR Southern检测显示CBF抗冻基因已整合到突变体基因组中。010-1突变体在花粉母细胞(PMCs)减数分裂中期,染色体配对出现三价体、四价体、单价体,四分体时期显微镜视野中可同时观察到了三分体、四分体、五分体、八分体。更多还原

【Abstract】 One mutant has been found among transgenic cotton population. PCR andPCR Southern showed that the genes have already been combined in the cotton’schromosome. The mutant are different with the normal to some degree in morphology andfertility. Chromosome deformity including triplet and monomer has been found at PMCs.更多还原
